This page compares it to HealthFlow line by line, with every claim about Flabs dated and sourced to their own public pages, and an honest section on where Flabs is the better pick.

Flabs and HealthFlow both target independent Indian diagnostic labs, and Flabs has built a genuinely large, low-friction funnel: a ₹1 trial, a free doctor-facing app, and hundreds of educational pages. Where HealthFlow differs is in what happens once the numbers are settled and the claims are checked: a single Pay-Run that actually disburses doctor and centre commissions rather than just reporting them, one published pricing page instead of a 404 and a sales call, and a comparison practice of dating and sourcing every claim, something Flabs’s own compare pages do not consistently do to themselves (see below). Flabs’s ₹1 entry offer and free doctor app are real strengths we name honestly further down.

Where HealthFlow is stronger
The clearest gap is between tracking and settling. Flabs’s Doctor Referral App gives referring doctors a free app to watch their commissions accrue and check report status live (a real, useful visibility tool). What we could not find on flabslis.com is a description of the other half of the job: an actual settlement run that computes what each doctor, consultant, collection centre and outside lab is owed and pays them. HealthFlow’s Pay-Run does exactly that in one pass, with a WhatsApp payslip, a printable statement and an Excel export, on higher plans. If your lab’s real pain point is the hour spent every month reconciling who gets paid what, a commission-report app does not remove that hour. A settlement run does.
The second gap is transparency, in both directions. HealthFlow
publishes one pricing page with every tier and no sales call required to see a
number, offers a 10-day free trial with no onboarding fee, and is month-to-month
with no lock-in. Flabs’s own /pricing URL 404s as of July 2026; its
real tier ladder (₹500 / ₹750 / ₹1,000 per month) only surfaces inside its own
/compare pages, next to unsourced pricing claims about other vendors.
And where Flabs’s ₹1-trial page promises "cancel anytime," its own
cancellation-and-refund policy (dated October 2023 on the page itself) states
plainly that no cancellations or refunds are entertained, with no carve-out shown
for the trial month. We would rather publish a smaller number of claims we can
stand behind than a bigger number we cannot.
The third gap is about the comparisons themselves. On at least two of Flabs’s
own four competitor-comparison pages (/compare/flabs-vs-creliohealth
and /compare/flabs-vs-itdose, as of July 2026), the feature table marks
a rival capability "Available" while the paragraph directly underneath states the
same rival "does not offer" that exact feature (the table and the narrative
contradict each other on the same page). We are not asserting that as commentary on
Flabs’s competitors; it is a contradiction inside Flabs’s own published content.
Every claim about Flabs on this page, by contrast, is dated, points to the specific
page we checked it on, and says outright where we could not verify something.
Judge us by that same standard.
Where Flabs may be the better fit
None of the above makes Flabs a weak product, and it would be dishonest to imply otherwise. Here is where, as of July 2026, Flabs has a genuine edge:
- The lowest possible cost to try it. A full first month for ₹1 (flabslis.com/flabs-lite) is a genuinely frictionless way to put real patient data through a system before spending anything meaningful. HealthFlow’s 10-day free trial removes the price barrier too, but Flabs’s ₹1 hook is a lower and more novel psychological ask.
- A free, dedicated app for referring doctors. Flabs gives referring doctors their own Android/iOS app to see report status and commission reports in real time, at no cost to the doctor. HealthFlow does not currently offer referring doctors a standalone login of their own. Our Pay-Run settles the payout, but a doctor-facing self-serve app is a real Flabs feature we do not have.
- A much larger public content library. Flabs runs a blog of roughly 410 posts (test explainers, analyzer guides, NABL/CGHS compliance explainers, report-format libraries) plus free tools like an eGFR calculator: a genuinely large surface of educational material for lab staff and patients, even where individual posts are short.
- A public partner/reseller program. Flabs advertises a 20%-recurring partner commission for anyone who refers labs to them (flabslis.com/partner-program), a distribution channel we do not currently publish an equivalent of.

Does Flabs actually pay referring doctors, or just track the commission?
As of July 2026, flabslis.com’s Doctor Referral App page (a 24-question FAQ) describes a free mobile app for referring doctors that shows "Commission Reports" and live report status. That is a tracking and visibility feature. We could not find, on their public site, a description of a settlement run that actually disburses the money to doctors, consultants, collection centres and outside labs in one pass. HealthFlow’s Pay-Run does that: it computes each commission as tests are billed, then clears every payee in a single run with a WhatsApp payslip and an Excel export, on higher plans. If Flabs has since shipped a settlement feature, we have not seen it publicly documented and would update this page.
Is Flabs cheaper than HealthFlow?
It depends what you compare. As of July 2026, Flabs’s public entry offer is a full first month for ₹1, with plans described as "starting at ₹500/month" after that (flabslis.com/flabs-lite). But Flabs does not publish a standalone plan matrix; the fuller ₹500/₹750/₹1,000-per-month tiers with feature breakdowns only appear inside their own /compare pages, and higher tiers require a sales conversation. HealthFlow publishes one page with every plan: from ₹399/mo up to ₹1,999/mo across Clinic and Diagnostics plans, plus a 10-day free trial and no onboarding fee. Which is cheaper for your lab depends on which features you actually need. HealthFlow’s entry plan does not include white-label branding or doctor payouts, and we could not verify what Flabs’s ₹500/mo entry tier includes without their sales team.
Can I trust the feature-comparison tables on lab-software vendor websites (including this one)?
Treat every vendor-authored comparison, including this one, as one side of the story, and verify the specific claims that matter to your decision directly with each vendor. As of July 2026, we found that Flabs’s own /compare/flabs-vs-creliohealth and /compare/flabs-vs-itdose pages contain rows where a rival’s feature is marked "Available" in the comparison table while the text directly below states that same rival "does not offer" that feature (a contradiction on their own page, not a claim we are making about them elsewhere). Our approach on this page is to date every claim, name the exact page we checked it on, and say plainly where we could not verify something rather than guess.
