What do the plans include?
Every plan runs the core: patient registration, billing, branded reports and WhatsApp delivery. Higher tiers add more patient volume, WhatsApp bill and report sharing, doctor and patient tools, referral payouts and advanced analytics. Clinic and Diagnostics each have their own plans from ₹399/month; the pricing page has the full breakdown.
Which plan should we pick?
First pick your product: Clinic (for doctors, clinics and polyclinics) or Diagnostics (for labs). Then pick the tier by size, starting at ₹399/mo, ₹999 as you grow, and ₹1,499 for the full feature set (Polyclinic from ₹1,999 for multiple doctors). Not sure? We'll tell you honestly on the demo, and moving between tiers later is easy.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. Month-to-month, and your data is yours: each lab lives in its own database, and we export or hand it over whenever you ask.
How fast can we go live?
Days, not months. Onboarding is white-glove: we set up your letterhead, test catalogue, ranges and team, then stay on WhatsApp with you through the first week. It's a web app. It runs in the browser on the computer and printer you already have.
What happens to our old records and rate lists?
We carry them in. Your test catalogue, reference ranges, price list, doctor list and commission rules are set up for you from your existing files during onboarding. Nobody retypes registers. Full patient-history migration is available from ₹9,999.
Will this touch my personal WhatsApp?
No. We set up a dedicated WhatsApp Business number for your lab, with your lab's name on it. Your personal WhatsApp stays exactly as it is. Patients just stop depending on it.
Is our patient data safe?
Your lab gets its own isolated database, hosted in Germany, encrypted in transit, with an append-only audit trail enforced at the database level and a signed data-processing agreement. The full detail is on our security page, no form to fill.
What if we need something you haven't built?
Tell us. The platform ships continuously and we run a lab ourselves; if your bench needs it, there's a good chance we need it too. Analyzer interfacing and other heavy modules are set up on request.
