HealthFlow is not a generic software product that wandered into healthcare. It was built by operators inside a real clinic and diagnostics network in India. Everything in it exists because a working lab needed it.

Why we built it
We spent years running clinics and diagnostic centres. The software on the market made us choose between two bad options: cheap tools that lost data and printed ugly reports, or heavy systems that cost a fortune, locked you into a yearly contract, and still could not send a report on WhatsApp from your own number.
So we built the system we wanted to use. One place for registration, billing, reports, delivery and doctor payouts. Priced so an independent lab can actually afford it. White-labelled, so the patient sees your brand and never ours.

Who actually runs on HealthFlow?
Countless labs and clinics, including SVR Diagnostics Centre, Sunshine Diagnostics Center, Nova Diagnostics and Clinics, and People’s Clinic and Diagnostics in Hyderabad. None of them is owned by HealthFlow. They register, bill and report on it, and run WhatsApp delivery and the outpatient desk on it where they use them. The clients page lists each with its address and phone number.
