HealthFlow vs CrelioHealth
CrelioHealth is a well-known cloud LIMS built for labs of every size, from single collection points to large multi-country chains. HealthFlow is built specifically for independent Indian labs and small chains who want transparent pricing, a fast start and a settlement rail for doctor commissions, not just a report. Here is the honest, sourced comparison: including where CrelioHealth is genuinely ahead.
In short
As of July 2026, CrelioHealth's own India pricing page publishes three named tiers starting at ₹8,000/mo + 18% GST, each with a separate ₹10,000 to ₹50,000 onboarding fee and an annual contract that fixes your plan tier for the year; its top tier is a custom quote. HealthFlow's plans (₹399 to ₹1,999/mo) are fully public, month-to-month, with no onboarding fee, no lock-in, and a 10-day free trial. On referrals, CrelioHealth's public description of its provider portal is booking and report access. We could not find language on their site about it calculating or settling commissions. HealthFlow's Pay-Run (higher plans) does exactly that: computes each commission at billing and settles every referrer in one run. Where CrelioHealth is genuinely stronger: it claims far larger scale ("2,500+ labs worldwide"), enterprise certifications, bundled multi-instrument analyzer integration, and audit tooling built around NABL/NABH: real advantages for a large multi-branch chain.

Where HealthFlow is stronger
The clearest gap is commercial, not technical. CrelioHealth's own India pricing page (creliohealth.com/in/lab-software/lims-pricing/, seen July 2026) lists named tiers with numbers (which is more transparent than many competitors) but layers an 18% GST, a ₹10,000 to ₹50,000 onboarding fee, and an annual contract that, in the page's own words, means "plan tier cannot be changed mid-contract year" on top of the headline monthly figure. HealthFlow's plans, ₹399 to ₹1,999/mo, are billed month-to-month with no onboarding fee, no lock-in, and a 10-day free trial to run before you sign anything.
The second gap is the referral workflow itself. CrelioHealth's public description of its provider portal (creliohealth.com/solutions/provider-portal/) is about booking and visibility for referring doctors: test bookings, report access, patient history, prescription upload. We could not find any mention on their site of the portal calculating a commission or running a settlement. HealthFlow's Pay-Run (higher plans) is built to close that exact gap: a per-test commission rule computed the moment a test is billed, and a single run at period-end that settles every referring doctor, consultant, collection centre and outside lab, each with a WhatsApp payslip and an exportable statement. Our full guide to referral payouts covers the mechanics and the TDS side in more depth.
Put together: if you run an independent lab or a small chain and your priority is a transparent bill, a fast start, and getting commissions actually paid out rather than just reported, HealthFlow is the closer fit.
Where CrelioHealth may be the better fit
This is deliberately the honest part. CrelioHealth is an established, larger platform, and for several real reasons it will suit some labs better than HealthFlow does today:
- Scale and credibility. CrelioHealth's own site claims "2,500+ Lab Businesses Worldwide" and states adherence to HIPAA, ISO 27001:2013, SOC 2 and GDPR (creliohealth.com/in/, July 2026). If your buying committee wants a vendor with that footprint and those certifications on paper, CrelioHealth has them; HealthFlow does not hold third-party security certifications today. What HealthFlow does offer is a specific, verifiable posture: your data in its own isolated PostgreSQL database in ISO 27001-certified data centres in Germany, encrypted at rest and in transit, behind role-based access and a database-enforced append-only audit trail, built with India's DPDP Act in mind. HealthFlow's own ISO 27001 certification is on our roadmap. See our security page for the specifics.
- Bundled instrument integration. Their published India tiers each include a set number of analyzers out of the box: 3 on Standard rising to 6 on Premium, per their pricing page. HealthFlow offers analyzer interfacing as a quoted add-on rather than bundling it into every tier.
- Accreditation-oriented tooling. CrelioHealth's own blog positions the product around NABL ISO 15189 and NABH audit-trail and QC workflows. If a dedicated accreditation-audit toolset is a priority for your lab, this is a genuine area where they have built specifically for it and HealthFlow has not.
- Broader adjacent suite. CrelioHealth also offers radiology (PACS) and inventory products alongside its core LIS. If you need imaging workflow or stock management in the same platform as your lab software, that is outside HealthFlow's current scope.
One thing we could not verify either way: whether CrelioHealth's WhatsApp report delivery sends from the lab's own dedicated number or a shared one. Their public material confirms the channel exists but does not state the sending identity, so we're not asserting a claim on it. HealthFlow's WhatsApp delivery is confirmed to send from the lab's own dedicated number, tracked sent → delivered → read.
Frequently asked questions
Does CrelioHealth publish its pricing for the Indian market?
Yes, in part. As of July 2026, CrelioHealth's public pricing page for India (creliohealth.com/in/lab-software/lims-pricing/) lists three named tiers with numbers: Standard ₹8,000/mo, Advanced ₹15,000/mo and Premium ₹25,000/mo, each plus 18% GST and a separate one-time onboarding fee of ₹10,000 to ₹50,000, on what the page itself describes as an annual contract basis where the plan tier cannot be changed mid-contract year. Their top Enterprise tier is listed as "Custom / As Per Requirement" and routes to a sales conversation. HealthFlow's plans (₹399 to ₹1,999/mo) are published in full, billed month-to-month, with no onboarding fee and a 10-day free trial to try before committing.
Does CrelioHealth's provider portal pay referring doctors, or just track them?
Based on their own public description as of July 2026 (creliohealth.com/solutions/provider-portal/), the provider portal lets referring doctors book tests, view reports, see patient history and upload prescriptions. We could not find any language on that page, or elsewhere on their public site, describing commission calculation, a settlement run, or a payout to the referrer: it reads as a tracking and communication layer, not a money-movement one. HealthFlow's Pay-Run (higher plans) computes a per-test commission at the moment of billing and settles every referrer, consultant, collection centre and outside lab in a single run, with a WhatsApp payslip and an Excel export.
Is HealthFlow a replacement for CrelioHealth?
For some labs, yes; for others, not yet. If you run one to a handful of branches, want transparent month-to-month pricing with no onboarding fee, and your main pain point is settling doctor commissions rather than just reporting them, HealthFlow is built for exactly that. If you are a larger multi-location chain that specifically needs NABL/NABH-oriented audit tooling, radiology (PACS) alongside your LIS, or bundled multi-instrument analyzer interfacing at scale, CrelioHealth's own site positions it for that enterprise range and it may be the better starting point today.
