Questions
Does HealthFlow pay referring doctors itself?
No. HealthFlow works out what each doctor is owed and sends them the statement; your lab makes the payment by UPI, NEFT or cash, as it does today. What changes is that the number is already worked out, test by test, and every doctor sees the same statement you do.
How are the commissions calculated?
Per test. Each test can carry its own flat or percentage rule per doctor, so a referrer's payout is computed automatically from the tests they sent: no month-end spreadsheet.
Can I check what I owe before I pay?
Yes. A printable statement and an Excel export list every payee and amount before you pay anyone, and the owner dashboard shows net revenue after commissions.
