Our centre runs several tests per visit, often from different departments. Does one bill and one report cover that?
Yes. A patient registers once, and every test ordered on that visit, whether it is a CBC, a lipid profile or a thyroid panel, sits on the same bill and the same visit record. When results come back, they merge into one report under the centre’s own branding, not a separate printout per department. Outsourced tests merge in the same way, so nothing has to be attached by hand.
Where is the data hosted, and is it secure?
Each centre gets its own isolated PostgreSQL database, hosted in Germany (EU) in ISO 27001-certified data centres. That certification belongs to the data centre, not to HealthFlow itself. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, every report access is written to an append-only audit trail, and the system is built with India’s DPDP Act in mind. Full detail is on the security page.
