Once a report is approved and signed, it can be sent on WhatsApp from a dedicated number registered to the lab, not a shared HealthFlow number. Delivery is tracked sent, delivered and read, and a patient who replies STOP is honored automatically. Every report also carries a QR code that opens the authentic copy through HealthFlow’s own /r/:token verification link, so anyone can confirm a report or bill wasn’t altered. Email and SMS delivery don’t exist in the product; WhatsApp is the only delivery channel.
Can an outsourced test’s PDF go out under my lab’s own brand?
Yes. When a test is sent to an outside reference lab, its PDF result merges into the lab’s own branded report instead of going to the patient as a separate, differently branded file.

A finalized report carries dual signatures: the lab in-charge and a consultant pathologist. Once signed, the report is locked and versioned; it can’t be silently edited after the fact.
