Is this a digital or e-prescription?
No. HealthFlow prints a blank Rx sheet on your clinic's own letterhead, with the patient's and doctor's identity already pre-filled. The doctor still writes out (or prints) the medicines and instructions themselves. It is not a structured, digital e-prescription, and there's no ePrescribing or EMR behind it.
What's pre-filled on the sheet, and what do I still write?
The patient's name, age/sex and patient ID, the visit date, and the attending doctor's name and registration details are pulled in automatically from the visit record. The body of the sheet is left blank for the doctor to write on (or to print into), exactly as they do today.
